Our Values Exchange is used to communicate, inform, educate and research online. We use it for patient feedback; routine audit, staff and patient surveys and in-depth reflective practice.

The Basics

For routine patient feedback click or touch the Baseline screen and follow the simple instructions. For other Surveys and Reflective Practice Cases you will need to sign in with your old Trust e-mail or Register with your new Trust e-mail. Once signed in, click any Image to access the interactive screens.

The screens encourage you to think deeply about your values. Your responses are recorded in the Values Exchange database. Immediately you submit, every other respondent can see your values, just as you can explore theirs.

Everyone can use the Reports Wizard to investigate hundreds of reports – both for single cases and across many cases and groups.

Our mission is to promote real democracy, based on the informed, collective wisdom of whole populations. We believe everyone has the right to be part of serious debate about the issues that matter most to us.

We also believe every service user has the right to transparency and free access to a simple means of expressing their views and reporting their experiences when in our care.
